One of my first few flower crown workshops with a lovely group of hens! There was still a bit of trial and error with the methods and flowers being used but these girls did such an awesome job! We used a mixture of blooms such as babies breath, spray carnations, spray roses, daisies, misty, lisianthis and some foliage.
The girls had booked a high tea at the Topiary Café in Tea Tree Gully, which started with the crown workshop and then followed by yummy foods and drinks. It would have been a lovely sight with a big group of girls all enjoying themselves in flower crowns. And it was so great to see the mums and grandmas getting in there and showing off their craft skills.
A big thank you to Alissa and her girls for letting me practice with them, the Topiary Café for letting us use their space and also to Fiona Thurlings Photographer for taking these amazing photos.
