How far should I book in advance?

Like many popular wedding suppliers, we get fully booked out during peak wedding months (February, March, October, November) so booking as soon as possible is advisable. Prices cannot be locked in until 12-18 months before your wedding day due the unknown forecast for flowers and prices. However you can pay a deposit to hold the day and work out the flower choices a little closer to your day.

Do I need to have dresses, themes and tables numbers to book in?

It is helpful but it is not essential if you just want to hold the date. All that is required is a 30% deposit of a estimate amount that we can work out together. We can then meet closer to your wedding day or when you have decided on some influencing factors and work out your colours and flowers. However 2 months notice is required to order in imported or special hard to source flowers.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Whatever you have! Fabric swatches of the dresses, photos of the venue or floor plans, pictures of your hair and any other influential parts of your wedding styling will all help us decide on your flowers. Bring your whole wedding scrapbook if you have one. This helps us to complete the styling to incorporate all the elements of your special day.

Do I have to know what I want?

Whilst it is welcome, it is not essential. I have some great magazines to look through for inspiration and have access to a computer hooked up to a large screen if we need to do a bit of searching. I can help with any questions about seasonal availability, colours, and prices. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know the name of the flowers, that’s what I’m here for!

What if I change my mind?

You can change your mind up to 1-2 months before your big day. Imports or special orders require 2 months to order and secure the flowers; all other seasonal flowers are ordered 1 month prior. As we are locked in with our suppliers at this time we cannot cancel any orders, but can add to it at an extra cost.

Do you offer packages?

Yes I do but all items are individually priced so can be adjusted very easily to suit your specialised needs. Have a look at my PACKAGE PRICES to get an idea.

Do you deliver?

I prefer to deliver. Seeing the bride and groom on their special day is my joy. And being there to attach a buttonhole or show the bride how best to hold her bouquet is what it is all about. It’s also a quality thing. I drive in an air conditioned car, like a grandma, to keep your flowers safe during transport. I like to bring then to you so we both know they are in peak form.

Do you offer layby or payment plans?

Sure do. Your total cost can be split into smaller payments which need to be completed 4 weeks before the event. There is no extra cost for this.

How can I pay?

Bank deposit is the easiest way. If you require credit card payments then this can be arranged through PayPal however the can cost up to 5% extra.  You can pay by cash at my home office in Andrews Farm if this is easier for you.

How do I start the process?

If you have some ideas, contact me by email to get some rough prices. You are welcome to come to my home office for an appointment or we can meet up at a local cafe if you prefer. Before leaving me, a quote is sent and you have 2 weeks to accept it and pay the deposit or start the payment plan.
