This workshop is designed for professional cake makers.
We will go over the skills needed to decorate your cakes with fresh flowers in a clean and safe way.
What’s covered? We cover wiring, taping, longevity and storage. We will also discuss the difference between edible and decorate flowers along with the toxic and poisonous.
Whats included? All your fresh flowers, sundries and accessories to decorate your cake with along with some notes to take home to use as a reference.
Whats not included? Cake! You’re the cake makers, you’ll make something better then I would buy! So please bring along a small 2 tier cake, preferably one tier with fondant so you can learn how to insert.
We will have a beautiful station set up so that you can photograph your finished cake in a styled setting to add to your portfolio.
