Did you know that you can have your hens day or baby show at the studio! We have a huge workshop room. HUGE. Big benches where you have no choice but to practice some social distancing. We can do crown parties. Or pot painting and plants. Or dream catchers. Or even just flat hire rate and you bring in anyone to run a workshop for your celebration. Bring in food and drink or we can source it for you. Contact me to see if it’s available for your date :)

Going for a walk to deliver this beauty this morning :) I’m at the studio till 12 today, will be making up some dried arrangements for sale, already have some coloured minis. Pop on down if you want something pretty :)

And this is just the tip of the iceberg of my dried collection. I’ve got boxes of stuff on my roof and buckets of random bit of pieces all over the studio. I’ve loved dried stuff ever since I started in floristry, I had heaps even before it was popular. I will be making many more dried arrangements to try and make it all fit on this bench and they will be available in the shop and online next week :) But now I’m off home, will post some arrangements tomorrow, stay tuned! 🤪💐🧚🏽‍♂️

This is what my Friday night looks like! I’ve got an arbour setup in the middle of the room so that I can show a client what it looks like. On the other side of the room I’m sorting my dried flowers into colours do that I can store them more efficiently and I’m trying to catchup on bookwork which I’m failing at because there so much on this room that’s distracting me. Oooooo, ribbons I have to put away... what’s that? A cornflake cookie I must eat.... my friend calls it squirrelling LOL!

Last night I made a very special arrangement for a florist friend of mine who passed away. It’s a great honour to make someone’s last flower arrangement and boy oh boy did this one break my heart. RIP beautiful girl, the world is a little less rosy without you in it.
